A piano's pitch changes over time, whether it is played regularly or not. Our piano tuning service brings the instrument back into tune for clear, balanced sound. If the piano has drifted significantly in pitch, a pitch adjustment may be needed before tuning. Schedule your service through our booking page to select your service and appointment.
Because a piano contains thousands of fragile wood, felt, and metal components, attempting a deep clean without experience can easily lead to misalignments or costly damage. Our technicians use specialized tools and safe, industry-standard techniques to meticulously detail the keybed, soundboard, and action. We don't just make your instrument look beautiful; we protect its delicate internal ecosystem so it can continue to perform flawlessly.
The art of restoring a piano is complex, to put it simply. The painstaking process of refurbishing old parts or removing worn-out components and replacing them requires knowledge and skill that very few have. The end result is bound to impress, as a piano that once sat silent is brought back to life.
We are the premier pump organ restorers in the Intermountain West, offering complete restorations, repairs, or even upgrades to allow you to play your pump organ without requiring the effort of pumping the bellows manually. Because parts for these historic instruments are no longer made, many of the parts and internal components must be custom-fabricated. Understanding the inner workings of these instruments is truly a dying art that we are pleased to offer!
Because these majestic instruments are usually built directly into the architecture of a sanctuary or concert hall, they are incredibly sensitive to seasonal shifts in temperature and humidity, which cause materials to expand and contract, inevitably throwing the pitch out of balance. We have the skills to navigate this immense complexity. Whether it is meticulously hand-tuning each rank of pipes, releathering aging reservoirs, troubleshooting "ciphers" (stuck notes) or dead notes, we have the specialized expertise required.
